MAN was significantly lower in the COPD group than in controls (283.0 ± 26.52 vs 68.23 ± 20.74; P < 0.001) and significantly higher in the CCL20 monoclonal antibody treated group than in the COPD group (115.8 ± 14.44 vs 68.23 ± 20.74; P = 0.021). Here, CCL20 is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
