We have recently reported that miR-103 and miR-107 degrade the lncRNA NKILA in breast cancer cells.34 Based on these results, we used a miRNA-lncRNA interaction analysis program, starBase v2.0, which employs a database containing a large set of Ago and RBP binding sites derived from all available CLIP-Seq experimental techniques, to screen for potential lncRNAs targeted by miR-25. Here, NKILA is linked to breast carcinoma.
