Since then researchers further explored its anti-cancer roles in other cancer, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma etc. [7, 17, 18], in which upregulation of AFAP1-AS1 was associated with cancer poor prognosis and oncogenesis.
