RARB and SCGB3A1 proved to be independent variables that indicated a relative risk of there being prostate cancer of 1.14 (95 % CI 0.99–1.31, P = 0.058) and 1.10 (95 % CI 1.01–1.21, P = 0.028), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene SCGB3A1 and prostate cancer.
