The results revealed that EJ-ILK cells group showed much lower RI and E-cadherin levels as well as stronger positive signal of ILK, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, p-PI3K, p-PTEN, p-mTOR, β-catenin, MMP2, MMP9 and Vimentin in tumor tissue, whereas lower ILK, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, p-PI3K, p-PTEN, p-mTOR, β-catenin, MMP2, MMP9 and Vimentin expression were observed in tumor tissue of the EJ-RI groups (Fig. 7).
