Interestingly, glioblastoma [31], gastric cancer [32], and colorectal cancer [33], which are dominant in males [34–36], are associated with ADGRB1, and schizophrenia [37] and autism [38], which are also dominant in males [39, 40], are associated with SLC6A12. This evidence concerns the gene ADGRB1 and schizophrenia.
