While no differences were observed for NK1.1-positive NK cells and for CD4- or CD8-positive T-cells, a significant reduction of CD19-positive B cells was oberved after infection with the sncRNA ko, when compared to infection with parental virus or sncRNA ko-revertant (P = 0.008 for parental virus versus sncRNA ko and for sncRNA ko versus sncRNA ko-revertant; Mann-Whitney Rank Sum Test). Here, CD19 is linked to infection.
