ITGB4 and cancer: Similar DMRs (71) to Volkmar et al. [14] have recently been reported in a study, where they were associated with pathways in cancer, axon guidance (SEMA4A and SEMA5B), MAPK signaling (CACNA1H) focal adhesion (ITGB4), ECM-receptor interaction (AGRN and TGB4), and actin cytoskeleton (TGB4) [7].
