Breast cancer is separated into four major molecular subtypes; Luminal A (ER-positive and/or progesterone receptor (PR)-positive and HER2-negative and Low Ki67); Luminal B (ER-positive and/or PR-positive and HER2-positive or HER2-negative with high Ki67); Triple negative/basal like (ER- PR- and Her2-negative); and HER2 type (ER- PR- negative and Her2-positive). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
