Eight breast cancer cell lines representing four pairs for each of the following clinical subtypes: estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, triple negative, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her2)-postive/Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) and phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) wild type, and Her2-positive/PTEN and PI3Kmut were selected for this study (Table 1).
