NRP2, a putative target of miR-331-3p, which is a co-receptor of semapholin 3 and vascular endothelial growth factor family members, acts as an oncogene and shows high expression in some human carcinomas including lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers and glioblastoma [25,46,47,48,49]. The gene discussed is NRP2; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
