NRP2 expression was the highest in SKG-II and significantly decreased by miR-331-3p overexpression in SKG-II, HeLa and HCS-2 cells (Figure 4A–C) but NACC1 was not changed by miR-331-3p overexpression in SKG-II cells (data not shown); therefore, NRP2 might act as a target of miR-331-3p in cervical cancer cells.
