Extensively investigations had confirmed that elevated protein O-GlcNAcylation and changes of OGT and/or OGA expression has a clear functional role in many types of malignancies, including bladder cancer [9], lung cancer [10], prostate cancer [11, 12], hepatocellular carcinoma [13] and colon cancers [14, 15]. Here, OGT is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
