BRAF and myocardial infarction: A 72-year-old man with past medical history of myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus type II, arterial hypertension, peripheral arterial disease stage IIb and hyperuricemia was diagnosed with metastatic BRAF wild-type melanoma and treated with ipilimumab (3 mg/kg, 4 infusions) and nivolumab on a clinical trial (1 mg/kg, 4 infusions followed by 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks; CA209067; NCT01927419).
