Consistent with findings in other cancer cells, suppression of KCa3.1 by application of TRAM-34 or siRNA transfection or up-regulating miR-497-5p strongly inhibited angiosarcoma cell proliferation by down-regulating cyclinD1, survivin and P53 and retaining cells in G0/G1 phase (Figure 4).
