Prodifferentiating, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and antiangiogenic effects of Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor- γ (PPAR-γ) ligands may potentially have beneficial role in psoriasis [11–13] as exemplified by demonstrated efficacy of Thiazolidinediones (TZDs) in treatment of psoriasis [14–18]. This evidence concerns the gene PPARG and psoriasis.
