One of the ER-regulator proteins, Forkhead box protein, FOXM1 is known to play an important role in ER+ breast cancer by interacting with ESR1. Our inverse correlation analysis identified a number of significantly upregulated miRNA regulators of this gene, consistent with significant downregulation of FOXM1 in TamR4 (Figure 4B). Here, FOXM1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
