[23] tested three MNTI for molecular lesions associated with other pediatric small cell tumors: MYC amplification, deletion of 1p (both of which are features of neuroblastoma), and chromosomal translocations (t(11;22)(q24;q12), t(11;22)(p13;q12), responsible for Ewing sarcoma and desmoplastic small round cell tumor, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and Ewing sarcoma.
