FCGR3A and neoplasm: Our study sustains the possibility that aKIR genotyping of the B haplotype, KIR2DL2 and HLA-C1 may be utilized to identify healthy individuals at reduced risk of developing CRC, while the genotyping of the CD16A-158V/48H haplotype is of interest for the identification of those at increased risk of CRC and tumor staging.
