Using this cut-off value, we found that the proportion of patients positive for anti-CD300e antibody in each of the groups in Fig 2A was 73.1% (FT1D in the acute phase), 73.1% (FT1D in the sub-acute phase), 84.6% (FT1D in the chronic phase), 53.1% (T1AD), 40.0% (T2D), 22.7% (AITD) and 12.9% (HC), respectively. Here, CD300E is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
