Given above reviews, some clinical reports have attempted to reveal a potentially prognostic significance of HSP27 expression in many cancers, such as esophageal cancer (Xue et al. 2014), ovarian cancer (Zhao et al. 2014b), etc. As for the issue we concerned, both two relevant reviews accomplished by Vidyasagar et al.
