Myricetin inhibited the expression of p-Akt by 76.9% (p < 0.01 vs. vehicle control) and 63.7% (p < 0.01 vs. vehicle control); p-mTOR by 89.2% (p < 0.01 vs. vehicle control) and 95.6% (p < 0.01 vs. vehicle control); mTOR by 59.1% (p < 0.05 vs. vehicle control) and 78.6% (p < 0.01 vs. vehicle control) in small intestinal and colonic polyps, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and colon inflammatory polyp.
