BTG3 and Decreased liver function: She visited our hospital and was admitted because of visible jaundice and laboratory tests indicative of liver dysfunction: ALT 1425 U/L, AST 1203 U/L, ALP 900 U/L, γ-GTP 208 U/L, T-Bil 4.79 mg/dL, AMA titer 1:40, a positive AMA-M2 antibody, ANA 1:80 of the speckled type, and elevation of IgG to 2261 mg/dL (Table 1).
