miR-125b was also reported to function as an oncomiR to mediate BTZ resistance of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) cells by targeting tumor suppressor MAD4 [44] and in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells to induce resistance to ATRA and doxorubicin by targeting tumor suppressor Bak1 [45] further supporting the notion that miR-125 family contribute to drug resistance as oncomiRs. Here, BAK1 is linked to primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
