Moreover, we detected the expression of miR-450b-5p in KRAS wild and KRAS mutant CRC cell lines, the results suggested that the expression of miR-450b-5p in CRC cell lines with KRAS mutation (HCT116, SW2620 and SW480) was much higher than that in cell lines with wild type KRAS (HT29, Caco2 and COLO250) (Figure 2B, P<0.01), and there was no significant correlation between the expression level of miR-450b-5p and the type of KRAS mutation (Supplementary Figure S3). Here, KRAS is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
