Similarly, SK-BR-3 cells expressing Lin28A exhibited a higher rate of growth compared with control group, and the expression of GRO-α and YB-1 was increased in Lin28A group compared with control group (Figure 3B), indicating that suppression of AR expression by Lin28A leads to reduced survival of ER-/Her2+ breast cancer cells.
