This is quite surprising because BCL6-positivity is considered an indicator of longer PFS and OS in DLBCL patients undergoing R-CHOP therapy [36], but it is consistent with our findings of a negative correlation between PATZ1 and BCL6, which is in agreement with the role of PATZ1 in the negative regulation of its expression. This evidence concerns the gene PATZ1 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
