In conclusion, we have confirmed a crucial role for PATZ1 in human lymphomas, showing it behaves as a tumor suppressor gene in a subset of NHLs and could be useful as an independent prognostic marker in BCL6-positive samples of DLBCL patients to gain further insight on the possible success of the R-CHOP therapy. Here, PATZ1 is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
