Notably, while blockade of TNFSF15 or OX40L by their specific antibodies partially inhibited the antitumour effects induced by CurDCs (Supplementary Fig. 10), dectin-1−/− CurDC immunization was much less effective than WT CurDCs in inducing anti-melanoma response (Fig. 7a), indicating that CurDCs induced antitumour immunity in a dectin-1-dependent manner. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF15 and melanoma.
