To better understand to what extent the miR-193a-5p/TAp73β axis is involved in the Cisplatin-response of the Bone Sarcoma cells, the RDES Ewing Sarcoma cell line and the SJSA-1 Osteosarcoma one were treated or not with 3 μM Cisplatin during twenty-four hours and the expression levels of the miR-193a-5p, TAp73β and two of its target-genes, p21 and MDM2 were assessed by qRT-PCR (Figure 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d and Supp. Here, MDM2 is linked to sarcoma.
