Patients whose tumours had low (0–4 staining) Cdc25A Y59 phosphorylation (24 cases) had a median survival of 168 weeks; those whose tumours had high (4.1–8 staining) levels of Cdc25A Y59 phosphorylation (64 cases) had significantly lower median survival duration of 60 weeks (Fig. 7b).
