To define the clinical relevance of our finding that Cdc25A regulates PKM2- and β-catenin-dependent gene expression, we performed immunohistochemistry (IHC) analyses of 88 human primary GBM specimens (World Health Organization (WHO) grade IV) with antibodies against Cdc25A pY59, PKM2 and Cdc25A. The gene discussed is CDC25A; the disease is glioblastoma.
