We showed here that the overexpression of miR-200b/200a/429 cluster or miR-141/200c cluster strongly promoted the migration and invasion of MDA-MB-231, HCC-38, and Hs578T cells, typical claudin-low and mesenchymal subtypes of TNBC cell lines [20], compared with those of an ER-positive breast cancer cell line, MCF-7 cells. The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
