The major biological functions revealed by Cytoscape-ClueGo software were as follows: positive regulation of the JAK-STAT cascade, muscle cell development, dilated cardiomyopathy, growth of symbiont in the host, positive regulation of leukocyte proliferation, regulation of intracellular protein transport, positive regulation of inflammatory response, response to molecules of bacterial origin, and cerebellum development (Fig. 4). Here, SOAT1 is linked to dilated cardiomyopathy.
