Genes preferentially regulated by MEF2B were associated with hepatic fibrotic pathways, ovarian cancer signaling and human stem cell pluripotency[16].Study revealed expression level of MEF2B was significantly positively correlated with myocyte fiber diameter (P<0.05) and significantly negatively correlated with myocyte fiber density (P<0.01)[17]. This evidence concerns the gene MEF2B and ovarian cancer.
