CBL and glioma: Consistent with our results in melanoma, c-CBL protein has been shown to be overexpressed in prostate [22], gastric [23], pancreas [28], lung [12, 29, 30], primary colorectal cancers [14], glioma [13], myeloid [8, 10], acute lymphoblastic leukemia [31], chronic lymphocytic leukemia [32], and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma [21].
