HNF1A and hepatocellular carcinoma: Compared with the vector control, overexpression of wild-type HNF1A led to a significantly lower proliferation rate (p = 0.0015, 5.7 × 10−5, 0.0012, and 5 × 10−6) (Figure 3D); the migratory capacity of multiple hepatoma cells was significantly suppressed by exogenously expression of wild-type HNF1A (p = 5.5 × 10−10, 1.6 × 10−4, 1.1 × 10−6, and 5.5 × 10−9) (Figure 3E).
