Subjects with the highest ovarian cancer risk were those individuals in node 9 with genotypes of the homozygous wildtype or heterozygous genotype (WW/WV) for rs11152377 of BCL-2, following by WW for rs4988360 of BIK, WW/WV for rs1001793 of TNFRSF10B, WW/WV for rs744120 of BIRC5, and WW for rs16957730 of TP53BP1. This evidence concerns the gene TP53BP1 and ovarian carcinoma.
