The ActRII neutralizing antibody CDD866 and anti-cancer agents, cisplatin and everolimus, were evaluated when administered alone or in combination in a model of CT-26 mouse colon cancer-induced cachexia, to assess whether CDD866 remains efficacious upon co-administration and whether such a combination is superior to the respective mono-therapy in delaying disease progression. The gene discussed is ACVR2A; the disease is cancer.
