Expression profiles are published for three different conditions, (i) resting B cells expressing only low levels of endogenous MYC ('control'), (ii) proliferating B cells expressing intermediate levels of MYC from the Eμ-MYC transgene ('pre-tumor') and (iii) transformed B cells selected for very high MYC expression (Sabò et al., 2014). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and neoplasm.
