NCOR2 and CD36 genes were associated with induction of radiographic knee OA measured as either a K/L grading of ≥2.0 or the presence of osteophytes [29], while the polymorphisms at CILP, TNA, IL1RN and variation at inflmmatory genes appeared to correlate with radiographic progression over time [29–31]. The gene discussed is CD36; the disease is exostosis.
