In the presence of poly (I:C), all DCs co-cultured with various breast cancer cells undergone normal maturation processes based on highly expressed co-stimulatory molecules, CD80, CD83 and CD86, and HLA-DR when compared with those expressed on mature DCs (mDCs) co-cultured with MCF-10A (mDC-MCF-10A) (Supplementary Fig. S3), although HLA-DR expression on mDC-MCF-10A was higher. This evidence concerns the gene CD86 and breast cancer.
