NSUN2 and breast cancer: To explore the functional role of NSUN2 in breast cancer, stable overexpression of NSUN2 in MCF-7 cells was established by the subcloning of full-length human NSUN2 cDNA into the pHBLV vector (pHBLV/NSUN2) (Figure 5A) and stable MDA-MB-231 cells which have low NSUN2 expression by NSUN2 shRNAs (pHBLV/shNSUN2) was obtained (Figure 5B).
