Ugolkov et al. [32] analyzed expression of CD44, CD133, Oct4, SOX2 and EZH2 in benign prostate tissues, high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN) and PCa tissues, and found that EZH2 and SOX2 were expressed in <10% of benign prostate tissue, HGPINs and prostate cancer. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and prostate carcinoma.
