MIL significantly increased the expression of NF-κB (p65) in cytoplasm and nucleus and MIL combined with NF-κB inhibitors did not only decrease the effect to up-regulate the expression of NF-κB of MIL (Figure 4C), but also reduced the effect to inhibit tumor cells proliferation of MIL.
