The present data shows that DDNDBeQ effectively arrests the NSCLC cell progression in G2/M phase while retaining selective VCP-mediated proteostasis-inhibition (accumulation of ubiquitinated-proteins) property and its potency in controlling NFκB-inhibition activity, and tumor cell cycle, growth and invasion without inducing overall cellular toxicity as seen with DBeQ.
