In this study, radiation increased FasL expression in a dose­dependent manner, and activated PI3K/Akt, MAPK/ERK, JNK, and p38, but only inhibition of JNK decreased the expression of FasL in hepatoma cells, indicating that radiation may upregulate the expression of FasL via JNK signaling pathway. Here, FASLG is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
