Among all the computed variables (extensive aPL testing, cardiovascular risk factors evaluation, autoimmune profile), multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that only arterial hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, LA, aCL IgG and/or IgM, anti-β2GPI IgG and/or IgM and aPS/PT IgG and/or IgM were independent risk factors for thrombosis and/or pregnancy morbidity. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and Venous thrombosis.
