CD40LG and systemic lupus erythematosus: In patients with SLE, however, our results show that the incidences are much lower after repeat cycles, being for IgM 12 of 57 patients (21%), but only 4 of 57 patients (7%) developing low IgG, with all retaining IgG levels >5 gm, and therefore none were treated with intravenous immunoglobulin.
