With up to 10-year clinical follow-up, we report here that the high SPARC expression is an independent prognostic factor for recurrence and death in patients with TNBC after adjusting for factors, such as age, menopausal status, histopathologic grade, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, tumor staging, and cancer therapies. The gene discussed is SPARC; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
