Finally, BTG2 (BTG family, member 2), RARRES3 (retinoic acid receptor responder 3), SERPINA3 (serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 3), SMPD3 (sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase 3, neutral), XAF1 (XIAP associated factor 1), SERPINB5 (serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade B (ovalbumin), member 5) and TP53TG5 are important cancer-related genes that were also significantly up-regulated in this study.
