CD4 and tuberculosis: Results show that unavailability of a test result for the HIV type (n = 305 (27.39 %), aOR 0.56, 95 % CI 0.41–0.77, p < 0.001), no information on the symptom of acute fever (n = 407 (37.27 %), aOR 0.511, 95 % CI 0.37–0.71, p <0.001), high haemoglobin (aOR 0.97, 95 % CI 0.95–1.0, p = 0.041) and a high CD4+ T cell count (aOR 0.92, 95 % CI 0.88–0.97, p < 0.001) are negatively associated with the performance of TB screening (Table 2).
