HLA-A and glioblastoma: We selected three peptides derived from the brain TAAs of ERBB2, BIRC5 and CD99 with an HLA-A*0201-binding epitopes recognized by CTLs, investigated the potential of peptide immunotherapy for glioblastoma by using CTLs generated by branched multipeptide-pulsed alpha-type 1 polarized dendritic cells (αDC1s), and compared this immunotherapy with a multipeptide cocktail of ERBB2, BIRC5 and CD99.
