Notably, although we found no correlation of CTBP1 levels with the survival of breast cancer patients (Supplementary Figure S7C–S7H), in all datasets that we analyzed, we confirm that p53-mut patients with breast or ovarian cancer that show high CTBP1 level are associated with a worse survival as compared to the patients with low CTBP1 group (Figure 7M–7P). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast carcinoma.
